Older construction, repairs and later additions can place different material systems next to or over one another. Our construction background helps us evaluate accessible layers and installation changes rather than assuming one sample represents an entire building component.

Nantucket work is scheduled deliberately.

Appointments depend on ferry transportation, local access, weather, inspection size and laboratory logistics. Nantucket is not treated as ordinary drive-time coverage. We establish the travel plan, fees and expected turnaround before booking.
